Summer Basil Smash

Gin cocktail

This fragrant modern classic uses bright and peppery basil to complement London Dry Gin’s botanicals.

Ingredients
50ml Sipsmith® London Dry Gin
15ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
6-12 basil leaves

Method
Muddle basil leaves in a cocktail shaker
Add ice and other ingredients
Shake well
Double strain into an ice filled glass
Garnish with a basil leaf
